The Crystal Coast Young Republicans (CCYR), the premier organization for young conservatives in Craven, Carteret, and Pamlico Counties. We are a chartered member of the North Carolina Federation of Young Republicans and the Young Republican National Federation, dedicated to advancing Republican principles, fostering civic engagement, and developing the next generation of conservative leaders in Eastern North Carolina.

MANNY RUIZ
Manny Ruiz is a former Media Director for the Republican National Hispanic Assembly and a former New Bern City Council candidate. He currently works as a teacher and serves as an active local party organizer.

WILL FARMER
Will Farmer is a longtime Craven County native and District Supervisor for the Craven County Soil and Water Conservation Board. He also serves as President of the Craven County Republican Men’s Club and 2nd Vice Chair of the Craven County GOP.

Josh Kohr is a longtime Craven County native, former Havelock City Commissioner, and the current Craven County Register of Deeds —the first Republican to hold the office in over 150 years!

We exist to advance Republican principles through political engagement, community service, leadership development, and fellowship. We work to elect Republicans to office, educate our members and community on conservative policy, and build a strong network of young conservative leaders across the Crystal Coast region.

CCYR is governed by an elected Executive Board consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large County Ambassadors. We operate under our Constitution and Bylaws, which emphasize transparency, member participation, and adherence to both state and national Young Republican standards.
